BOSTON – There is an old saying: necessity is the mother of invention. In the case of the Indigo Pixies, however, a mother’s necessity led to the invention of a new innovation in developmental products for children.
Indigo Magic LLC, a Moms Choice award winner and Mom Invented Handbook favorite, was founded by Cheryl Hajjar, a mother who one day found herself in the midst of her son’s struggle with weaning off of his pacifier. She searched the market for a product that would help her son but to her surprise was unsuccessful. Being a professional songwriter, she decided to use her talents and write a playful nursery rhyme that tells the story of a little pixie that her midnight journey on a starry night to help a little child wean off of their pacifier. From there spawned a book and a series of characters that each address specific milestones in a child’s life.
“The Indigo Pixies provide a unique and fresh approach to helping children grow,” Hajjar said. “Each of the characters has a personality and skill set, and when new collections are introduced every year, this feature will allow Indigo Pixies to be a perpetual and evolving brand.”
In addition, upcoming characters will increase the multicultural aspect of the property as well as address such things as security blankets and bedtime. Further information is available at http://www.indigopixies.co/
